Job summary

Windstar Cruises is seeking a Manager of Onboard Operations to oversee operational support for the Hotel Department across the fleet, focusing on efficiency, guest satisfaction, and system enhancements.

The role leads housekeeping, guest services, administration, and inventory management, while steering process improvements, revenue optimization, and digital guest experiences via MXP, POS, ITV, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within the cruise or hospitality industry.
• Strong track record in implementing process improvements and new technologies that enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight of hotel operations.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of Housekeeping, Administration (Pursers), Guest Services (Reception), and Hotel Inventory Management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to onboard teams and corporate direct reports.
• Develop, support and implement SOPs and initiatives for onboard hotel operations.
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, and compliance across Hotel Operations departments.
• Lead integration and optimization of MXP, POS, ITV, and CRM systems.
• Drive revenue generation strategies across hotel departments and guest experience initiatives.
