Job summary

Windstar Cruises seeks a Manager, Entertainment & Engagement Operations to lead the implementation and day-to-day management of fleetwide entertainment programs, guest engagement, and enrichment initiatives across the ships.

You will oversee talent recruitment, content, budgets, vendors, and technical operations, ensure standards compliance, and collaborate with shipboard teams to deliver memorable experiences for guests worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in entertainment management.
• Experience in cruise/hospitality entertainment preferred.
• Ability to evaluate talent and programming for brand fit.
• Strong leadership and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own fleetwide entertainment programs and guest engagement execution.
• Source, negotiate, contract, and manage talent and partners.
• Lead recruitment and performance management for entertainment staff.
• Oversee shipboard AV and content systems and equipment.
• Develop SOPs and governance for entertainment standards.
• Manage budgets and vendor invoices.
