Job summary

Windstar Cruises is seeking a Port Experience Manager to own the end-to-end guest journey in port, including embarkation, debarkation, DDEs, and special events ashore. You will orchestrate experiences, ensure on-brand execution, and coordinate with Product Development, Hotel Operations, Shore Excursions, and vendors to deliver seamless port moments.

Strong logistics, communication, and on-call availability across time zones are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cruise, travel, destination management, or large-scale live event operations.
• Proven ability to run complex logistics under time pressure with a ship‑sails deadline.
• Strong judgment under pressure and proactive problem anticipation.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator able to manage third-party operators.

Responsibilities

• Own port touchpoint guest journey design and execution for embarkation, debarkation, DDEs, and port events.
• Coordinate embarkation/debarkation flows, facilities, transportation, and luggage logistics with Port Operations.
• Lead on-site operational responses to pier changes and guest movement between locations.
• Ensure experiences are consistent, high quality, and aligned with Windstar brand standards.
• Serve as day‑of contact for ships, tour operators, and turn ports; manage contingencies.
