Job summary

Brightline Trains in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Train Attendant to join the Onboard Service team. You will help guests find seats, serve food and beverages, and ensure a safe, enjoyable journey while delivering friendly, attentive service.

Responsibilities include handling beverage service, knowledge of menu offerings, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with the Onboard team to communicate departures and disruptions. Flexible shifts, weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Must be able and willing to work any shift, as well as on weekends and holidays, based on operational needs and train schedules as necessary.
• Must be able to complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests in locating their seats and escort them as appropriate; confirm seating assignments.
• Provide Food & Beverage service to Guests throughout the train using QR ordering and cart service.
• Maintain knowledge of all F&B menu offerings and prepare/serve beverages and snacks per standards.
