Job summary

Brightline Trains is hiring an Onboard Lead in Florida to ensure a safe, seamless, and elevated guest experience aboard our premium service. You will model outstanding service, support onboard operations, and help guests with seating, baggage, and beverage service.

The role includes leadership responsibilities, safety compliance, and training responsibilities while working in a fast‑paced train environment. Pay is $22.00 per hour plus tips, with a travel expectation of 75%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum six months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, per schedule.
• Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests in locating seats and escort them as needed; help with baggage.
• Provide food and beverage service on board using QR ordering and cart service.
• Know F&B menu offerings and allergens; prepare and serve beverages and snacks.
• Process credit card transactions and monitor onboard inventory levels.
• Assist in training new Train Attendants on steps of service and safety standards.
• Perform light cleaning and resetting of passenger areas during turn-around.
