Baptist Health is seeking a Senior OnBase Application Analyst to join our Louisville, KY team. You will train users, integrate OnBase solutions, and bridge IT with clinical operations to optimize workflows while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

You will contribute to deployments, document procedures, and support software builds that meet organizational goals, with potential project coordination responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• OnBase Certification required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Dragon experience is a plus.

This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, testing, training and at the elbow and phone support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
