Baptist Health is seeking an Intermediate Application Analyst to join our team. This remote role requires residency in KY or IN and involves integrating IT solutions with clinical operations, deploying applications, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Meaningful Use.

Under supervision, you may coordinate medium-size projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades while offering 24/7 coverage as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with two years' experience OR minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.

This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN*** Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of most phases of applications system analysis and project management.
