Baptist Health is seeking a Business Support Analyst Associate to join our team in a remote-capable role requiring residency in Kentucky or Indiana. You will manage data extraction from BHS applications, support system upgrades, and coordinate training for departmental users.

The role includes testing, debugging, and documenting processes, plus collaborating with leadership on training needs and project initiatives within the central business office.

Competenze

• Associate degree with two years job-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, SQL and Crystal Reports are highly desirable.

• Initiate and update payer EFT and ERA enrollments.
• Participate in project teams and special projects as assigned by leadership.

This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN*** Responsible for the technical administration, maintenance, and extraction of data from various computer applications utilized exclusively by the BHS centralized business office. Functions as a project management resource for the CBO for new software review and implementation along with current software upgrades and changes.
