Under supervision, you may coordinate medium-size projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide on-site support during go-lives and upgrades while offering 24/7 coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years' experience OR minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree.
• IT application analysis and project management knowledge
• HIPAA and Meaningful Use compliance awareness
• Disaster recovery planning and on-site go-live support

Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder requirements and align system design with operations
• Lead or participate in multiple projects with medium budgets
• Provide 24/7 support when scheduled and assist with go-lives
• Review changes, interfaces, and data conversions for releases
• Monitor system performance and report critical findings to team
