Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking an In-Fab Wafer Test Engineer in Santa Rosa, CA. This role involves testing and troubleshooting on-wafer Process Control Monitors (PCM’s) and requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience.

The engineer will maintain DC, microwave, and millimeter wave measurements, collaborating closely with various engineers to ensure data integrity. The position is in-person and requires hands-on work with the test systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in testing and troubleshooting RF, analog, and digital circuits.
• Understanding of Semiconductor Device Processing and Physics.
• Ability to work on rapidly paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate rapid data acquisition of electrical performance of on-wafer PCM’s.
• Maintain and craft on-wafer DC, microwave, and millimeter wave measurements.
• Elicit test requirements from engineers.
