Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Richardson, TX, seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to join the Wafer Test Sales and Solutions Engineering team. You will understand how Keysight's solutions apply to customer measurement challenges, demonstrate products, and enable customers post-purchase.

The role requires BS/ MS in EE/CS/CE, 8+ years in semiconductor industry, strong programming and communication skills, and ability to lead complex sales opportunities with internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, or CE required; MS preferred.
• 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics.
• Proficient in C/C++, Shell scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-facing experience.
• Ability to lead projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with ownership.
• Interest in account sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Keysight customer engagements from a technical perspective.
• Own solution development, demonstration, proposal, and delivery.
• Team with Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, and R&D to develop, win, deliver, and support complex sales opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Work on customer’s system and application engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives.
• Own and drive closure to complex issues post-purchase; strong software and hardware skills.
• Deliver training and consulting projects.
