Job summary

Professionals Real Estate is looking for a reliable Rental Department Assistant to join our team in a casual, on-the-road capacity. The role involves supporting the Rental Department with a variety of day-to-day tasks while on the road and during inspections.

The ideal candidate is organised, hands-on, professional and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. This casual position requires availability to work 2 Saturdays per month and hours to be discussed based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Agents Representative Certificate.
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Reliable transport.
• Professional and friendly manner.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to interact professionally with tenants, owners, tradespeople and team members.
• Casual position with on-the-road duties.
• Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Hours to be discussed based on business requirements and availability.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property inspections and routine inspections.
• Assisting with property access and keys.
• Supporting the team with rental related tasks while out on the road.
• Meeting tradespeople, renters and contractors when required.
• Assisting with general property and rental department duties.
• Helping ensure properties are presented and maintained to a high standard.
• Other administrative and on the road duties as required.
