Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning and property readiness inspections before guest arrivals
• Conduct property care inspections and identify maintenance, housekeeping, safety, or presentation concerns
• Verify reported issues corrected and homes ready for incoming guests
• Assist with inventories, restocking, organization, and seasonal projects
• Help prepare new vacation rentals for launch and onboarding-related property tasks
• Take photos and document property conditions or concerns
• Provide backup coverage when additional operational support is needed
• Assist with light administrative work, data entry, checklists, scheduling, and property documentation
• Communicate clearly with management, housekeepers, maintenance staff, and team members
• Pick up vacation rental housekeeping assignments for additional piece-rate pay
