Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza LLC seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, working alongside the team during every rush. You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls and set the pace by being present on line, on register, and on the floor.

You will lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards while managing labor, costs, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant management experience required, preferably in fast-paced concepts.
• Ability to lead from the floor and coach in real time.
• Proven track record of managing labor, food costs, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts alongside team on line, register, and drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead operations to ensure food quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies and operational initiatives with a hands-on approach.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members through coaching on live shifts.
• Build schedules balancing guest demand with labor goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
