Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an EHS Coordinator in Castroville, TX to partner with operations in eliminating hazards and improving environmental, health and safety performance. The role focuses on coaching, incident investigation, training delivery, and program administration across plant operations.

Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, storm water, and related environmental

Qualifications

• 2+ years in EHS and/or Manufacturing with EHS responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills across departments.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and environmental regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Lifting Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong on-the-floor presence coaching management and employees on safe behaviors.
• Investigate incidents and establish corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Area EHS Manager to track programs and implementation.
• Deliver health and safety training and onboarding.
• Conduct periodic safety assessments and track action items to completion.
• Provide guidance on environmental policies and regulations including Storm Water, air permitting, and Spill Prevention.
