Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, is seeking an On-Premise Manager to oversee the client site workforce and serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. This role focuses on maximizing profitability, ensuring quality contractors, and providing timely internal and client reporting.

It also involves resolving conflicts using Aerotek resources. The position offers a base salary of $58,000 to $62,000 with a $2,000 annual bonus, plus health, retirement,

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous operations, production or workforce management experience.

As an On-Premise Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $58,000 - $62,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
