Responsibilities

• Liaise between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client production or staff meetings
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution
• Perform various customer service related activities
