Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, is hiring an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, Aerotek offices, and contract staff at the client site in Mesa, AZ. You will work to maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors, while handling internal and client reporting and conflict resolution.

The role offers a base salary of $54,000–$60,000 with a $2,000 annual bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. Attend client production and/or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
