The role focuses on profitability, reporting, and ensuring quality contractors, with a base salary of $54,000–$60,000 and a $2,000 bonus potential, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and family leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
