Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager on site at a client site in Merritt Island, Florida. You will serve as liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees, and attend client meetings to oversee the temporary workforce.

The role focuses on profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors, with potential annual bonus up to $2,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience required.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
