Qualifications
- 3+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience with Workday configuration.
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience, including Learning, Talent or HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday processes, configuration, and security.
- Experience building reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday across HR modules.
- Administer and configure Workday Learning.
- Support process improvements and system optimizations.
- Create calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and releases.
- Troubleshoot complex Workday issues for internal users.
- Gather requirements from HR and leaders and implement solutions.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Assist with documentation, training, and user adoption.
- Rotationally support escalated system inquiries.
