Jobot is seeking a Workday configuration specialist to support HR systems for a large enterprise with 20,000+ employees. You will configure Workday modules, optimize processes, and partner with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience through technology.

Strong administration of Learning, reporting, and analytics is required, along with hands-on Workday expertise. Join a collaborative team driving HR technology strategy across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS/HR systems experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration required.
• Experience with Workday Learning, Talent, or HCM modules preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality across HR modules.
• Lead Workday Learning administration and configuration.
• Support system improvements and optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, releases and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and support stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather requirements.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Assist with documentation, training, and user adoption.
• Participate in rotating support for escalated inquiries.
