Qualifications

• 3+ years of wellness coaching or related field experience.

• Ability to travel to the onsite location daily.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized health coaching using evidence-based techniques and motivational interviewing.
• Conduct health risk assessments and review biometric results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create customized wellness action plans that support goals and long-term change.
• Facilitate wellness workshops, sessions, and group coaching to drive engagement.
