Ramp Health seeks an onsite Health & Wellness Coach to deliver comprehensive wellbeing services at the Salem, NJ site. The role requires engaging employees and partnering with HR to integrate wellness into the client culture.

You will plan activities, lead sessions, perform health screenings, and coach individuals toward sustainable change. A bachelor’s degree in health sciences and strong communication are required; wellness coaching experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences or related field.
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work proactively and independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for coaching individuals and groups.
• Experience in health and wellness coaching or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate group sessions like safety talks, stretch programs, and seminars.
• Conduct blood pressure and body composition screenings and provide coaching based on results.
• Promote safety and injury prevention initiatives and refer employees to resources.
• Collaborate with HR and safety teams to integrate wellness into the client culture.
