Job summary

CVS Health in Texas near New Braunfels seeks a motivated Wellness Coordinator to design, manage and promote employee wellness programs at a dedicated client site. You will lead fitness initiatives, biometric screenings, lunch-and-learns and health communications.

You will partner with health partners, run health fairs, coach members, analyze population health data, and ensure programs meet quality and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field or 4 years of relevant working experience.
• 3-5 years in health education or wellness-related role.
• Experience with health risk assessments and population health concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives at a client site.
• Conducts member consultations, facilitates health fairs and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Develops wellness communications and promotes resources.
