Job summary

Ramp Health is hiring an Onsite Wellness Coach in Middlesex County, NJ for a full-time temporary engagement lasting 8 to 10 weeks starting late November. The role focuses on engaging employees in wellbeing initiatives, injury prevention, and health risk reduction on the client site.

The coach will lead education sessions, conduct health screenings, and provide personalized coaching while coordinating with HR and safety teams to ensure program integration and compliance with HIPAA and privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences or related field.
• Strong time management and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation skills and comfort coaching individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives for wellbeing and safety.
• Lead group sessions and educate employees on health and safety topics.
• Conduct individual coaching and health assessments, including BP checks and body composition.
• Coordinate with client HR, benefits, and safety teams to integrate wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for Ramp Health coaching activities.
