• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders, refunds, credits, and gift card transactions.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, questions, and order updates.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping with warehouse staff.
• Monitor orders for inventory, payment, and shipping issues and resolve concerns.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused E-Commerce Support Specialist to join our Retail Order Fulfillment Team! This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations by ensuring accurate online order processing, timely customer communication, shipping coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional online customer experience.

Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule (40 hours per week), including weekends, with flexibility during peak retail seasons.
