Job summary

ProductsGo is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our in-house teams handling orders, returns, sizing, and shipping concerns. The role starts part-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., with potential to grow into a full-time position.

You’ll work closely with customer service, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to resolve issues quickly and provide a superior experience for our e-commerce brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or order processing.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify preferred.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with accurate work.
• Able to learn multiple computer systems.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple requests.
• Reliable, independent worker and team collaborator.
• Willing to grow into a full-time role.
• On-site availability 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and platforms.
• Assist with order status, returns, exchanges, sizing questions, and changes.
• Research missing, delayed, or damaged orders and advise next steps.
• Enter and update customer and order information accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate urgent or complex issues when needed.
• Maintain notes and follow-up records.
• Learn product policies and service expectations.
• Support shipping claims and related projects.
• Assist during product launches and high volume periods.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
