Job summary

Qualifications

• NICET Level II Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recommendations: Advise managers how to apply procedures and precedents.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports from data sources in standard formats.
• Solutions Analysis: Interpret data and identify possible answers across processes and precedents.
• Improvement/Innovation: Implement improvements and provide feedback using change-management systems.
