Job summary

GHD in Syracuse is seeking a Water & Wastewater Process Design Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering design team, coordinate technical scopes, and ensure projects meet client needs and regulations. This hands-on leadership role covers feasibility, design development, QA/QC, and client reviews.

You will develop work plans with Project Managers and Directors, manage schedules and budgets, support procurement, and drive change records, site visits, and proposal development as part of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain.
• At least 7 years of technical, administrative and project experience managing design delivery for large, multi-discipline projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and engineering and capital cost estimating techniques is preferred.
• Process modeling such as BioWin (optional).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver projects.
• Develop work plans in collaboration with Project Managers and Directors.
• Oversee QA/QC and client review processes.
• Manage procurement documents and change records; support site visits and proposals.
• Ensure projects meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
