Job summary

Radwell International LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Junior Electronics Repair Technician to join our Production team. You will perform bench-level repairs, troubleshoot boards, calibrate equipment, and test industrial controls with experienced technicians, building hands-on skills in a global electronics repair environment.

The role offers on-site, full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to grow in industrial automation and electronics repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training encouraged.
• Technical certificates or trade school training preferred.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; exposure to electronics repair appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench-level electronic repairs using troubleshooting, soldering, and diagnostic techniques.
• Identify and isolate failures at the component level on industrial electronic equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and test PLCs, industrial circuit boards, drives, and other control equipment.
• Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and fixtures.
• Document troubleshooting steps, repairs, and testing results in company systems.
• Follow repair procedures and quality standards; maintain a clean, organized workstation.
