Job summary

You will plan inbound and outbound schedules, assign duties, review procedures, and drive safety and accuracy across receiving, storing, and shipping activities on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report daily to plan work activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Reviews and updates procedures and communicates them to staff.
• Tracks productivity and evaluates performance by function and department.
• Manages payroll of the department and advises on handling items.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Issues instructions and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Directly supervises 20+ employees in Operations.
