Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience acceptable.
• Strong supervision and leadership skills.
• Experience with inventory control and cycles counts preferred.
• Ability to plan staffing and schedules.
• Familiarity with safety procedures in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 20+ employees in operations.
• Maintains inventory records and cycles counts.
• Plans inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and training is provided.
• Coordinates payroll and staff performance evaluations.
• Updates procedures and communicates changes to team.
