Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator, Operations to oversee daily warehouse and transport activities on-site. You will supervise shipping, receiving, picking, and loading, while ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.

This role requires strong collaboration with the Operations team and adherence to SOPs. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in logistics, forklift/MHE certification, and capability to operate RF scanners and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution.
• Ability to operate MHE in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from warm to cool.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates in distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, picking, and shipping to maintain productivity.
• Provide professional customer communication and reports for site management.
• Ensure product/pallet quality and documentation accuracy.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and OSHA/MSDS standards.
