Relogistics is seeking an On-Site Manager to lead a distribution-site operation at our customer’s facility in Cumberland County, PA. You’ll supervise staff, manage safety and quality, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will coordinate shifts, drive continuous improvements, and partner with HR for onboarding while ensuring budgets and metrics are met. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and data handling.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site employees across shifts and teams.
• Communicate goals, manage schedules, and coordinate workloads.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
• Train and develop associates and ensure policy adherence.
• Manage customer relationships for the site.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding with HR.
• Handle employee relations issues with HR.
• Analyze site data for continuous improvements.
• Draft reports and procedural instructions.
• Present information to managers, clients, and others.
• Monitor performance and workload to meet expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
