Job summary

Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Lead to direct daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and field-readiness support. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accountability, process improvement, and proactive problem solving to keep materials flowing for service pros and installers.

You'll work with a team to implement updated systems, standardize procedures, and ensure cycles counts, stock levels, and material readiness meet daily demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or related environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory-management software is a plus.
• Electrical experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily organization and operation of the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Ensure processes for receiving, labeling, storing, tracking, and staging materials are followed.
• Coordinate truck-stock replenishment and material readiness.
• Lead with accountability and clear daily priorities.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure materials are ready.
