Job summary

Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory controls, and field-support systems.

This hands-on leader will work with the existing team to implement improved processes and standardized procedures to boost efficiency. You’ll help manage receiving, labeling, storing, and staging materials, maintain accurate counts, and coordinate with service professionals to ensure timely material readiness for scheduled work.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or related environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to organize, lead, communicate and create accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily organization and operation of the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Ensure processes for receiving, labeling, storing, tracking and staging materials are followed.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure material readiness.
