Resource Innovations in Charlotte, NC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations supporting a large energy efficiency program. You will oversee inventory control, receiving, staging, shipping, returns, and safety compliance while ensuring timely access to materials for field activity.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and service orientation in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Lead daily work of warehouse associates with accountability for safety, accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate priorities with program and field leadership to ensure materials are ready for work orders and events.
• Maintain inventory records, verify quantities and proper warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and monitor daily work of warehouse staff including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, staging, shipping, returns, cycle counts, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate priorities to ensure energy-efficiency materials and tools are ready for scheduled work orders and events.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and accurate recording of inventory; verify quantities and location.
• Maintain accountability for serial-numbered devices and controlled inventory from receipt to issuance and reconciliation.
• Establish organized inventory locations, labeling, material flow, and secure storage.
• Plan cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies; document findings and take corrective action.
• Ensure returned or damaged equipment is inspected and processed per procedures.
• Provide stock level updates and flag shortages or risks to leadership.
• Train and coach staff on standard work, material-handling equipment, and safety.
• Monitor performance and address staffing concerns as needed.
• Enforce safety requirements and conduct warehouse inspections.
• Oversee palletizing, wrapping, labeling, loading, and daily cleanliness.
• Participate in hands-on warehouse duties when needed.
• Support continuous improvement to improve accuracy, productivity, and service.
