Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Lead Outbound Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC. You will drive end-to-end logistics, oversee inbound/outbound activities, and coach a warehouse team to maintain high efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience; electrical distribution knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong communication to collaborate with the team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for smooth operations.
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic basics; attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, 70 lbs occasionally.
• Proficient, safety-conscious forklift operator.
• Flexible, multitask-oriented, and adaptable to daily demands.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Logistics: Manage the full journey of products from arrival to shipment using Solar Eclipse software.
• Shipment Supremo: Oversee all inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring speed and accuracy."
• Team Lead & Coach: Guide warehouse associates on packaging, staging, loading, and material movement.
• Quality Control Captain: Ensure outgoing products meet quality standards.
• Safety First Advocate: Maintain a safe workplace following SOPs and OSHA standards.
• PIT Master: Operate a variety of forklifts.
