Job summary

TVS SCS NA is seeking a Customer Liaison to support and interact with customers at the client's plant in Wentzville, MO. You will serve as the on-site contact for Materials personnel and coordinate with TVS, customers, and vendors to ensure inventory accuracy and responsive service.

Essential duties include maintaining records, performing inventory analysis, generating reports, and assisting with customer inquiries and problem resolution in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/JIT environment preferred.
• Forklift operation ability preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety records.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for Materials personnel.
• Communicate with Customer, TVS, and vendor associates to maintain inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers.
• Perform inventory functions and report findings to TVS and Materials.
• Analyze data to evaluate customer service levels.
• Prepare written information for customers, using computer software.
• Write reports analyzing customer service performance.
• Follow alarm processes for inventory issues.
• Develop customer feedback or complaint procedures.
• Provide help and advice to customers on products or services.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, letter, and in person.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, including complex cases.
• Handle customer complaints or major incidents.
• Undertake special projects and duties assigned by the manager.
