Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) is a distributor of access control and perimeter security products. This on-site role focuses on day-to-day customer care, order entry, and fulfillment in a fast-paced branch environment with forklift operation and inventory support.

You will handle customer inquiries, processing and tracking orders, and coordinating with branches to ensure timely delivery. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with willingness to lift up to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer care experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills.
• Proficiency with common office software; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with external and internal customers regarding product information and availability.
• Enter and expedite orders; respond to requests to ensure high levels of service.
• Follow up on order status, process claims, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Operate branch equipment and assist with inventory and will-call duties as needed.
