Job summary

Genova Technologies is seeking a growth-oriented Vice President of Client Delivery to lead our project delivery teams. This on-site role in Cedar Rapids, IA reports to the CEO and focuses on client retention, expansion, team performance, and portfolio profitability.

You will partner with engineering leadership to align delivery with client goals, map multi-quarter roadmaps, and pursue new SOW opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology consulting, product management, or agency operations.
• 8+ years in direct people-management supervising Project Managers or similar roles.
• Proven track record of account expansion and relationship management within B2B portfolios.
• Hands-on familiarity with P&L oversight, gross margin management, and billable utilization metrics.
• Ability to translate client business goals into multi-quarter roadmaps and actionable scopes.
• Exceptional executive presence and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery teams and oversee portfolio profitability.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure quality delivery aligned with client goals.
• Guide product roadmaps with client leadership and identify expansion opportunities.
• Direct management of Engineering Managers and Project Managers, including coaching.
