Job summary

ValGenesis is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to guide end-to-end software delivery for large-scale enterprise projects. You will partner with executive accounts, plan multi-site deployments, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role requires 8-10 years of executive delivery leadership, a track record in land-and-expand, and strong stakeholder management. Remote US work with medical benefits and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of executive leadership in large-scale software delivery.
• Experience driving land-and-expand revenue in enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing global, distributed teams and multi-million dollar budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Partner with executive accounts to identify new service opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead strategic discussions and multi-site deployment planning for large-scale projects.
• Optimize resource allocation across a growing portfolio to meet timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and upskill distributed delivery teams to deepen product expertise.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional departments, including vendors.
• Develop robust risk-management frameworks to mitigate delivery roadblocks.
• Advocate for standardization of the core enterprise product platform.
• Set measurable goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Support Sales with SOWs and implementation frameworks for prospects.
