Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, product management, or software agency/services operations.
• 8+ years of direct people-management experience supervising Project Managers or Engineering Managers.
• Proven track record of account expansion, relationship management, and driving organic growth within B2B/commercial portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with P&L oversight, gross margin management, and billable utilization metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex client business objectives into multi-quarter product roadmaps and actionable project scopes.
• Exceptional executive presence with superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and executive alignment.
• Develop 2-month, 2-quarter, and 2-year technical and product roadmaps with client executives.
• Oversee staffing, utilization, and delivery governance across engineering engagements.
• Drive profitability by managing budgets, margins, and change orders to minimize unbilled scope creep.
