This 100% on-site role is located in Ashburn, Virginia, working four days a week, supporting financial operations and compliance across federal programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, compliance-driven environment and can work cross-functionally on complex documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal financial management including invoice processing.
• Proficient with financial systems such as Delphi, PRISM, and FMIS.
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Examine vouchers, invoices, and reimbursement requests for compliance and accuracy.
• Data entry into financial systems and certifying audit-ready logs for reporting and tracking.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to stakeholders regarding requirements and voucher status.
• Verify costs, labor changes, and other claims against contract terms and regulations.
• Ensure submissions meet policy and company guidelines.
