Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Office of Integrity and Compliance in operating the VA War Room, a mission-focused initiative protecting Veterans and taxpayer dollars through fraud risk management and governance reporting.

The role is remote with on-site requirements and will require collaboration with investigators, analysts, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting federal healthcare program integrity, FWA operations, or related activities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting/tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, research, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to pass a Public Trust clearance (Tier 2) and obtain a VA PIV card.

Responsibilities

• Support investigators with FWA lead development, case documentation, referral packages.
• Maintain tracking registers, oversight logs, referral status reports, and recovery tracking tools.
• Assist with fraud risk assessments, internal control reviews, root cause analyses, remediation planning, and QA activities.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards, leadership briefings, milestone reports, white papers, and operational summaries.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, track action items, develop SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer content.
