Job summary

Blue Swing Entertainment is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Rio Rancho, NM location. This full-time, on-site leadership role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily venue operations across bowling, games, F&B, and guest services.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or venue operations with supervisory or management responsibility.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with coaching and feedback.
• Customer service and guest experience skills to manage guest issues calmly and professionally.
• Operational skills in scheduling, cash handling, inventory oversight, and basic POS/reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team members and guests.
• Ability to work on-site in Rio Rancho, NM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
• Basic understanding of safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards for public venues and F&B operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is a plus.
• Experience supporting events or group bookings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations including bowling, games, food and beverage service, and guest experience management.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling; supervise team members and ensure adherence to standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns; support training and performance coaching.
• Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and basic financial reporting.
• Partner with General Manager on local marketing initiatives, events, and guest experience improvement.
