Job summary

Legends Global in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily venue operations, guest experience, and revenue generation under the General Manager. You will ensure hospitality standards, manage an operations team, and drive profitability while upholding Legends' brand.

The AGM will work with subcontractors, develop budgets, and mentor staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews. Flexibility to work extended hours and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of management experience in contract foodservice.
• Experience in high-volume, sports/entertainment venues; concessions and beverage programs
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Experience in union and non-union environments preferred
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS systems
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations and guest experience.
• Lead operations, develop talent, coach and manage performance.
• Assist in annual budget planning and financial targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Work extended hours including late nights, weekends, holidays.
