• Basic understanding of safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards for public venues and F&B operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is a plus.
• Experience supporting events or group bookings is beneficial.

Role Description

The Assistant General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Rio Rancho, NM. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily venue operations, including bowling, games, food and beverage service, and guest experience management. The Assistant General Manager coordinates staffing and scheduling, supervises team members, and ensures adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, resolving guest concerns, supporting training and performance coaching, and assisting with inventory, cash handling, and basic financial reporting. The role also partners with the General Manager on local marketing initiatives, event support, and continuous improvement of the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
