Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Logistics Specialist I to join the Vehicle Operations team in an on-site role. The position supports auction intake by entering vehicle data, labeling stock, and coordinating transport within the yard.

Shifts are evenings (3pm-10pm) across Tue-Sun with daily starting from 3pm. Requires basic computer skills and a valid driver's license; previous vehicle registration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer or relay data via headset for data entry for each vehicle received.
• Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
• Flag "no key" cars and direct transporters to proper car drop zone.
• Report transport damage as needed and take digital images of vehicles at receipt.
• Provide sale identification windshield code to the driver during registration/check-in.
